UPVA Was Founded By A Passionate Photographers & Videographers From Ulhasnagar. UPVA Came Into Existance On 19th Day Of August I.e On The “WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY” At Puj Chaliya Sahib Mandir,Ulhasnagar- 421005 With The Blessing Of JHULELAL SAI.
